Delivery Methods

There are two ways to receive your Little Cottage Playhouse. 


Factory Built -The first way is called "Factory Built".  Factory Built means that we build the Little Cottage Playhouse at our factory and deliver it to your home already built.  This method allows us to offer the factory stain/paint option, greater quality control and allows us to deliver anywhere in the United States.  There must be plenty of room for the below truck and trailer to get your designated site.  Take into consideration your landscaping, low tree branches, low overhead power lines and all other obstacles that may prevent the dlivery truck from maneuvering to the site.





Built on Site - The second way is called "Built on Site".  Built on site means that Buckeye Barns will send a skilled craftsman to your home with all the necessary materials and equipment to erect your Little Cottage Playhouse at your designated site.  This method is not available in all areas.  Also, we are not able to offer the stain/paint option when built on site; it is the customer's responsibility to stain or paint the playhouse.
